Steve Duerre has been involved in the Property Management industry since 1994. He began his career selling Multi Family units in Southern California for the largest Multi Family brokerage firm in the nation.

Steve took a position in a small Property Management firm and within four years he was instrumental in increasing the management portfolio from 1,000 units to over 15,000 units with a staff of over 50 employees.

Steve Duerre co founded The Equity Group in 2002 with Scott Ellis, a native to the Central Valley. The firm achieved almost instant success and currently The Equity Group has close to 2,400 units under management.

Steve is active with several non-profit boards including Happy Trails Riding Academy, Happy Rooms and the COS Athletic Foundation.

great people always took care of any problems the only con 28 days to get your deposit back UPDATE i was told ,,, there is a 1700 damages and i would not be getting a deposit back $1780 That was there estimate..... I left that house SUPER clean They said the shower heads needed to replaced.... 20 year old They said the stove pan needs to replaced That stove was in great shape and super clean .... i was so proud , i took pics(thank God ,,, for the pics) California law states 21 day to return deposit I was over a month (was going to use that money for Christmas) I gave notice in October If you do not care for your deposit return...... please rent from them I work hard for my money I am not the only one,,, with this issue... check the web RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK YOU WERE WARNED
